PVC window and door profile extrusion machine can produce all kinds of profile, for example, window, door and door frame, pallet, cladding of outdoor wall, faciliry of ourside park, floor etc. Output profile is Wood Plastic Composite(WPC) or Plastic UPVC. 

 

Festures

1.Our machine has features of low consumption,low noise,stable running..

2.This WPC machine include:extruder,mould,vacuum calibration table,haul-off machine,cutter and stacker. 

3.The extruder of our machine adopt special screw and barrel for extrusion.With different mould,machine can produce WPC and PVC products with different shapes.

 

Materials: PVC + Caco3+other agent.

 

Process Flow

Feeder→ Conical Twin-screw Extruder → Mould →Calibration Table → Haul-off → Cutter → Cutter → Stacker 

(Note: Other Auxiliary Machine, such as crusher, mixer, etc. will be provided according to client's requirements)
